Copilot Studio
Copilot Studio sits at the intersection of two things I work on daily: AI tooling and performance measurement. I build the reporting framework that tracks how Copilot Studio agents are actually performing across the organization — sessions, engaged sessions, agent-assisted hours, and business value metrics — segmented by vertical (Finance, IT, Wealth). This work makes it possible to justify investment in autonomous agents with real numbers rather than anecdote.
Work examples
Copilot Agent Performance Dashboard
Tracks 3,842 sessions, 1,926 engaged sessions, 812.6 assisted hours, and $124,560 estimated value across 23 agents — with weekly trend lines, agent rankings, session outcomes, and key topic drivers.
SharePoint-Connected Copilot Agent
Copilot Studio agent connected to a SharePoint knowledge base — allowing users to query internal documents, policies, and data directly in natural language without leaving Teams.
