Power Apps

I use Power Apps to replace manual, error-prone IT processes with structured Canvas apps that teams actually want to use. The focus is always on real-world adoption: apps that are fast, mobile-friendly, and wired into the systems people already work in — ServiceNow for ticketing, SharePoint for storage, and Power Automate for everything in between. Both apps I've shipped are in daily production use.

Canvas app used daily by AV technicians to run structured Zoom Room inspections across global sites. Captures room, location, and tech details — auto-submits findings and triggers email alerts when issues are flagged.

Networking Checklist App

Canvas app for network operations teams to run structured pre-deployment and infrastructure checks across sites. Covers infrastructure, connectivity, security, performance, and documentation — submits a record to the system on completion.
