Power Automate

Power Automate is what connects the rest of my Power Platform work together. I use it to automate the workflows that IT teams shouldn't have to run manually: ServiceNow ticket creation triggered by app submissions, Workday data syncs that keep Viva Insights cohorts current, and approval chains that used to be email threads. The goal is always to make the right thing happen automatically, without anyone needing to remember to do it.

ServiceNow Auto-Ticketing Flow

Triggered by Power Apps checklist submissions, this flow creates, routes, and categorizes ServiceNow incidents automatically — no manual ticket entry required. Shown here: the Zoom Room checklist connector creating an Incident record with pre-filled site, room, category, and assignment fields.

Power BI Metric Alert Automation

Automated flow that monitors key Power BI metrics and triggers alerts when thresholds are crossed — notifying stakeholders via Teams or email when adoption drops, costs spike, or SLA targets are at risk.
